SCHEDULE

At Kamloops CrossFit Apostle we offer over 30 classes a week to choose from. We offer CrossFit classes and Open gym times, to allow our members to work around their schedule and their goals. Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long and our coaches will guide you through the warm up, skill and workout. They will also demonstrate and teach you any movements you aren’t familiar with. They will also assist you to scale or modify the work to meet your needs.

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit Classes consist of 60 minutes of instructor lead, group classes. The movements are a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting and plyometrics.

Our Disciples program is designed to be done in addition to the daily WOD. This is for  athletes seeking extra work or looking to compete in the sport of functional fitness.

On Ramp

Introductory Class to CrossFit

On Ramp

On Ramp consists of 3 x 1 hour intro classes and 9 regular classes. In the On Ramp class, we teach new members the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
